NOËLLE FLOYD offers a unique online learning experience that offers the best of horsemanship and equestrian sport through on-demand courses, clinics, talks, and storytelling by the world’s leading horse people. They are the industry leader in equestrian media.
I worked with NOĂ‹LLE FLOYD as Chief Marketing Officer for the launch of their new equestrian content streaming platform, NOĂ‹LLE FLOYD+ and a new Podcast, Dear Horse World. Starting with the creation of a robust growth marketing strategy tied to the budget and KPIs, I then came on full time to lead the marketing team to create awareness and demand for the platform. During my time at NF, I oversaw the creation of all marketing campaigns in line with the content strategy including, social, email, website, trailer videos for new course offerings, community engagement, product marketing, public relations, events, and digital advertising.
Illuminate Equine
I worked with Illuminate Equine International on their new website, brand, content and communications strategy. Illuminate Equine International applies horse & human psychology, behaviour science, & equine biomechanics to create unique learning and training programs for horse and rider partnerships.
With the founders unique specializations (Annika McGivern- sports psychology specializing in equestrian sports, and Emma Kjelson- equine biomechanics and behavioral science), they are able to provide a holistic program that puts the horse-rider relationship at the center.
